if im right im sure its to do with your staff and yourself and were you fit in being able to have an apinion and follow it through. where you think the areas that need improving eg you might not have enough physical and you need to tell them that and give them ideas of what you need to change.

i think u need to have an"Appraisal".
ask ur manager....and then they will have a discussion/questionnaire with u..which will show your strengths and weaknesses

then u can cross reference this to this question
