Default Unit 305 - K3p1121

Any ideas anyone??
K3P1121 The requirements of legislation, regulation and codes of practice for safeguarding and protecting
children relevant to the home country where the setting or service is located. The duty of all within
the sector to safeguard children, including:

Whistle blowing where there are concerns about colleagues or in other difficult
circumstances.
Where your concerns may not be seen to be taken seriously or followed through when following normal procedures

This reffers to the child protection act. You need to state what the act is, what it means & how it effects you.

Whistle blowing means to report on someone you think is being innappropriate with the children.

Where your concerns are not taken seriously means what do you do next if you report something/someone to the correct person in your setting & they seem to not believe you or not really do anything about it, what is the correct next step?

Hope this helps you make a start.
