can anyone help with these pc questons,
1/ identify areas in your knowledge, understading and skills where you could develop futher.

2/ develop and negotiate a plan to develop your knowledge,skills and understanding futher

3/ seek out access opportunities for contnuing professional development as part of aplan.

4/ use continuing professioal development to improve your practice

need to write up about all these, but don't know where to start.:idea:
