Default Witness Statement help

Hi,
I am really struggling with what to put into some of my witness statements. Any ideas for what I can write would be appreciated.
The ones I have to write are as follows:

Showing how using reactive behaviour strategies impacts on a childs wellbeing

Demonstrating how to model to others best practice in promoting positive behaviour

Showing how children who witness displays of challenging behaviour are affected

Demonstrate how to debrief others involved in an incident of challenging behaviour.

I'm sure there will be others, but these are the ones causing problems at the moment

Thanks in advance

Hi my teacher wrote these for me. She focused on a couple of incidents of challenging behaviour she had seen me deal with and managed to cover all aspects of each question in one statement.

YOU DON'T WRITE ANY WITNESS STATEMENTS!!! your witness who should be entered onto your witness list with all their qualifications and signature writes them and signs their name to them and then they can be marked against criteria, if you write them and she signs them then she is doing it fraudulently and you could in the extreme be failed.

oh well, me and the other 14 people on the course are doomed to fail
On a more honest level, I just need ideas as all of the other staff who work with me in my room have all done a BTEC and so have no idea about what I actually need to do. hey are trying to help, but I just need a few ideas as to what can be witten into the statements to cover these criteria. I can then try and think of something I've done and hopefully jog my colleagues memory as to who witnessed it.
