Does anyone know the answer to this?
Describe legislation, guidance, policies and procedures relating to health, safety and security in an early years setting.

spent all weekend trying to answer it, but all the information I find, doesn't fit with the questions.

If you read the Safeguarding and Welfare section you'll find references to relevant legislation, guidance and codes of practice at the bottom of the pages. For the policies and procedures you'll need to ask your setting for copies of their Safeguarding and any partnership policies.
