Hi, if you write out what the tasks are I'm sure members will help where they can.

You should also be receiving support from your employer for the ERR which is an induction process for the job xx

If your career pathway is Early Years sources could be PLA, PACEY, NSPCC, your local authorities early years department. For schools, residential care or health & social care sources would be different.

Depending on the report/concern that you decide to use think about what the issues are how colleagues would feel about the issues, how parents would feel and what the children might say and do.
