Do you use GIBBS Cycle of reflection as headings for the reflective accounts?? any help much apprieciated

Yes, we do display a reflective cycle on our notice board for all staff (and anyone else who wants to look at it).
The site below has many examples of Gibbs reflective cycles, you may find one that you'd like to use.
