hi i am really very stuck, even spoke to my assessor but still non wiser. i really can not find information k3h295, Research into the current Government guidelines on Healthy eating and nutrition for children and state why these should be followed by childcare practitioners. i've got the gov websites but cant find anything on it, am i just been really stupid?! please give me a little pointer! emma

five a day
healthy eating plate and www,fsa.gov.uk
coupled with the ECM outcomes.

I also got leaflets from the health visitor and school nurse, my local adult ed centre had a whole rack of ideas for healthy lunch boxes! good luck x

but remember the leaflets are someone else's work the work you submit must be yours!
