so they will be going to college and learning best practice from professional lecturers at the cutting edge of the profession??? and presumably they will have to already a level 2 with extensive teaching so they have all the underpinning knowledge???

sure youre not considering anything less!

They will be in a setting gaining invaluable experience in a real life role and trained by graduates in Early Years.
