hi my sister is a nanny in america she has been there for 2o years and she wants to come back to england with her family but wants to know if she can do her level 3 over there or if there is an equivalent that she can do before she comes home

not sure but would she be able to uk version online?

I know in the PC/KE it refers following the standards,curricm etc of choosen country - I suppose that could just mean England, Scotland, Wales or Ireland.

I'd offer to be her assessor if I get full travel expenses!!!!!!!!!!!
