How to manage work with a toddler

Hello,
I recently started my NVQ3 and so far i've managed ok so far, but lately as its been christmas i have struggled especially with my 16 month old, family hav helped out but i just havent had the motivation. Also i have got a development project ongoing and it needs to be finished, but does anyone ever get that feeling when it sounds right in your head but doesnt when on paper. I think i have written out my project 3 times and it still doesnt sound right... when i look on the back of the sheet and see what i need to cover i just think oh gosh i havent done that so i feel i need to write it all again :( anyone else feel like this sometimes? x

Sometimes we have to stop and take a step back, refocus...especially at this time of year.
Do you have a mentor?
Perhaps you can run your doubts by her/him....sharing these thoughts is the first step in getting your mojo back :jump:
