Unit 303 K3D204

New to this website and was recommended by a friend. Can anyone help as I am really struggling with K3D204 regarding the safeguards, I've read the previous answer to this question but should it also include risk assessment of the activity planned, ratio, age and developmentally appropriate, physical safety etc. I'm working alone and only see my assessor three times.

HELP PLEASE
