Default can anyone advise me please on interviews and application forms x

after staying at home with my boys for 8 years im almost finished level 3 ccld.

ive recieved an application form for a daycare centre that looks fantastic and is really up to date. http://www.jmgsystems.co.uk/juniorsdaycare_home.html

im dreading interviews as i'll be so nervous and i know it will get the better of me! ive done out a cv which sounds ok but looking at this form now im frettting on how to sell myself!

it asks............. Why do you wish to apply for this position?

how can i sell myself on this question?? alot of people will already be in this environment so im really stuck on what to write. also it says to state past.present and future courses. past and present are fine but what do they look for in the future??

id appreciate anyones advice,i really want to work but am so daunted about the whole process running up! x
