Help Please! Unit 332

hi,
i have my assessor coming tomorrow and all my work has to be completed as its my deadline.
i am struggling on 332 as there is no info in the book for this unit.
the question is k3p672
what to consider when identifying a venue for families and why comprimises might need to be made to the programme.
i am thinking along th elines of location and access for wheelchairs etc but any more help or info would be greatly apprecitated as i am having a total brain block at the minute.
