Default unit 064 explain the partnrship model of working with carers and parents

3- explain the partnership model of working with carers .....
3.3- When working in partnership with parents and carers you will come across some people that will act positively to building relationships and others that may be more negative.
Explain strategies for support you can given these parent and carers.
3.4- Explain how effective multi-agency works within your setting and how it benefits the children and their carer’s.

please help im really struggling with these three questions my assor is out on tuesday and my head has hit a block and i cant get my head round this at all

please please please help me
