2nd T.A interview at same school

Hi I've had 1st interview, didn't get job but got great feedback ( it was 1-1 position ). Head has said a general t.a position coming up next week and told me he wants me to apply, I don't have to fill in another app form. So any advice would be much appreciated. I have been into the school to offer 1 day a week voluntary ( really want them to see how capable I am ). Do you think I will have to go through interview again? Any advice please as really want this job. Thanks
