Literacy Skills- Assignment .. Can someone help me a bit with this please?

Case Study
Bob – 5.5 year old – shows his aversion towards books, reading and writing in various ways both in class and at home.
He is very skillful at other activities such football, using his hands for crafts and being creative.
Bob struggles with basic reading and he finds difficulty in keeping concentration both in class at home. …
He tries to guess basic words and his parents are quite preoccupied as when he is not able to get the word correct Bob easily loses concentration and becomes somewhat frustrated and disruptive. His parents are guessing that Bob might be ADHD or dyslexic, but are not sure what to do whether they should take him for an assessment or not.
Bob also has difficulties in comprehending the words or letters that he is trying to read. As a result his decoding was inaccurate and comprehension, confidence and fluency were all adversely affected.
Poor comprehension – Bob had little understanding of what he was reading.
Disliked reading – Bob had very well developed avoidance strategies. He was quite open about his dislike of reading.
Question:
Discuss the above case study by imagining that the child was in your class. Consider the physical, social, emotional development of the child at this age with special reference to the appropriate theories of learning and the Maltese Curriculum for this age. What would you have done in such a case, how would you have approached the parents and with whom would you have networked?
