Default All gone a bit wrong

:weepy:

Hi,

Sad day today, all our qualified staff have resigned
One was known, one was a hope not and the other well what can I say.
We now have 3 vacancies to fill and I have no idea if we will even have a pre-school for me to continue my course with.
Very upset as they are all good friends and I wish them all well but I also feel very apprehensive to what lies ahead.
The children were all 'on one' today as well, so exhausted, upset and my assessor coming in tomorrow - great, where's the wine

wow, much change! no worries though, get everyone around you rallied and on board, the setting has a history & place in your community and your children deserve the stability found in a place for their play. Make sure ofsted are contacted and look for support from your early years department.

Let us know how things go with it

Best wishes xx
