mixed age groups

Hi guys,

I'm currently the room leader of a 1-2's room however there are plans in place to merge the 1-2's and 2-3's room an have one big age group which I am going to be the room leader of. I just wondered if anyone has any experience of this? can give any advice on things that cause problems or things that work well?

yes! all my settings are family groupings like life! they work well and the skills if the team are paramount. there have been several articles in NW and EYE
