If you are insured with NCMA you must use their contracts and child record forms to be covered in the event of a problem.

If you are insured with MM you can use your own (or NCMA) paperwork.

Make sure, whichever company you are insured with, that your fees policy is watertight and your contracts are spot on. I advise NCMA / MM contracts to start with so you are sure everything is worded correctly.
