unit 345/346 help needed

JUST START BOTH THESE UNITS AND HAVE GOT A MEMORY BLOCK. WHATS WITH THE SCOPES? CAN ANYONE HELP ME ON THESE AS I AM GOING OUT OF MY MIND.

I am doing these two units as well.I have tried to write evidence that covers the pc's as well as knowledge and scopes.The scopes have to link in ie if you did a guided reading session look at pc's and knowledge and put relevant scopes next to it as well.
Hope this makes sense-i haven't my portfolio to refer to at mo
