hi everyone i was hoping someone can help me on these question as i just don't know how to start writing it up and how to relate them.

1. how do you build children's self esteem and confidence when they are being creative?

2. reflect on each of these and list what are the benefits to the children's learning and development?

3. how do they relate to the curriculum framework you are working with?

1- In my setting when children create thing we give them lots of support and praise. We give them plenty of freedom to feel confidence to finish the work that they aim to achieve. We try to give them enough time to finish their work. We constantly encourage them during and after the work to boost their confidence. We show them how proud we are for their work and efforts. We share their work with the parents this allow the child to feel very proud and confident and boost his self-esteem.

2- You have to reflect on each and list the benifits of the children's learning

3-
Every area of development physical, spiritual, literacy, social and emotional and cognitive is equally important inclusive practise the variety of individuals and communities is valued and respected. Keeping safe young children develop flexibility when their physical and psychological wellbeing are protected by adults. Health and wellbeing children health is a vital part of their emotional, social, mental, environment and spiritual wellbeing and is supported by attention to those elements.
Positive relationships are respecting each other in the setting. Every communication is based on caring professional relationship sand a respectful acknowledgement of the feeling of the children and their families as partners when parents and staff work together in early years, the results have a positive impact on the children’s development and learning, supportive learning warm trusting relationships with knowledgeable adults supports. Children’s learning are more effectively than any amount of resources , every person has a special responsibility for working with a small group of children giving them reassurance to feel safe and cared for and building relationships with their parents.

Each setting is defferent, hope this help.
