Default help

In 2003 I did a course to work with children with special educational needs level 2. I have now returned back to work after a long break, but I have lost all my certificates and I cannot remember the exact name of the course, please, please can anyone help or point me in the right direction

Your first port of call will be contacting who and where you took the course; so if you did the course through the PLA, Early Years County Council, Adult Education or a private independent training company get in touch with them.

They will be able to go back in their records and inform you what you did. If you need duplicate certificates there may be some cost involved - but they'll tell you all that.

Or if you are still in touch with anyone you took the course with, ask them to give you the details of the title, examing board etc and then that will help you. Many years ago I had to do this when I couldn't find my 'o' and 'A' level certificates. An old school friend let me look at hers - once I had the examination board it was fairly simple (although some of my examining boards were obsolete) - just expensive and better than doing them all again!
