Smile Every child Matters Role impact on role as TA

Can any one help. I am working through an assignment for CACHE Level 3 CYP 3.1 Assessment Criteria 2.3 and have hit a brick wall.

I am fine writing all about the legislation, Children's Act, Green paper, and the outcomes but have been asked how Every Child Matters impacts your role as a TA and how can you implement this in your setting? I am struggling on how to present this bit. Should I break it down into the 5 outcomes and talk a bit about each of them. Doesn't help that my placement hasn't started yet either.

Hope someone can help.

I would look at each of the 5 ECM outcomes individually and consider how your use of them impacts the children's time with you
