Hi, unit 029 is also CYP 3.6 if using words from the assessment criteria to search.

Take a look around the pages of archived CWDC website for integrated working, CAF - refferal process or request of services and who a lead practitioner might be. TAC team around the child search on google.

Multi-agency refers to different services, agencies, teams of professionals and other practitioners working together to provide a service that meets the needs of children, their parents, carers and supports the setting itself.

An example of the providers that a setting may work in partnership with directly or indirectly include:

Parents and carers
Health visitors and workers - speech and language therapist
Social workers
Colleagues form other early years settings
Advisers
Representatives form voluntary organisations
Play specialists
Educational psycologists
Monitoring groups
Mentors

If you've access to a level 3 handbook it'll also help guide research - new & used on amazon.co.uk

Data protection act 1998 - BBC GCSE bitesize
Freedom of information act on archived direct gov
Confidentiality
ECM - how multi-agency working provides the variety of ways for children to reach the aims that each of the 5 outcomes involve.
UNCRC - chidlren's right to not experience discrimination, have their best interests looked after, receive accurate information, privacy, freedom of expression, be safe from harm.
Human rights
If in England - EYFS
Copies of the setting's policies and procedures for reporting, storing and accessing information will also help.

Hth, best wishes
