Im sooooooo mad as iv completed me diploma in young childrens workforce in june and i still havnt recieved my certificate !!!! What the hell is going on!!!Its been 5 months Does it normally take this long????

Hi, if you have your student/learner ID get in touch with your college/course provider to ask about the awarding body's processing times - cache, city & guilds, edexcel? Have you also been able to ask course colleagues if their's have arrived? Checked who the certificate is being sent to and if your personal contact details are correct?

There are posts on the forum that say member's certificates have been received as quickly as 2 weeks others 8 months xx
