Default unit 413 develop and implement operational plans for your area of responsibility

hi guys, i've just started back after 9 months maternity and have been given 413 to do. can anyone point me in the right direction as to what to develop as my brain seems to have turned to mush! cheers

Didn't do 413 so don't know exactly what you need to know - but do you have an operational plan in place? If you don't you could develop one or perhaps if yours isn't up to date you could do that. We've just updated ours to reflect the "Every Child Matters" Outcomes - Ofsted seemed to like it

Hi,

Have you identified everything you have responsibility for in the group ?
Your job description & contract may help detail employment requirements and then any additional expectations.

If you bullet point responsibilities this might highlight any documents you can collect for evidencing.

Not sure it helps but we have a very basic overview of approaching OPs here Silkysteps Operational plans and another couple of search areas that might help build on are coordinators, portfolios, possibly look at it as a comprehensive, if slightly unconventional CV

413 looks interesting, very best wishes with getting back into it all
