CYP 3.3 Question 6 (NCFE course) help!!

Hi,

I'm doing the NCFE level 3 course for supporting teaching and learning in schools. I'm on the unit 2 questions and stuck on the the following question:

6. What factors need to be considered when ensuring children and young people are protected from harm in the work setting?

I'm probably just having a mental block on this, but can't even think what they're asking me to write about . If any one could shed some light, I'd be very grateful.

do you give out dangerous equipment
do you leave water that spills
do you give them nuts if theyre allergic etcetcetc
