Hi all,
Really stuck i have the 8 principles of the data protection and now i need to choose 2 and explain what this means for your own practice. I know that with the data protection you need to keep information locked away and its only on a kneed to know basis, but i need to link this with 2 principles so this is why i need help.
fairly and lawfully processed (what does this mean)
processed for limited purposes and not in a manner incompatible with those purposes (what does this mean)
adequate, relevant and not excessive (what does this mean)
accurate (what does this mean)
not kept longer than is necessary (not sure how long we keep things, is it until they leave us)
processed in accordance with the data subjects right (what does this mean)
secure (im guessing this is the locked cabinet)
not transferred to countries without adequate protection (what does this mean)
All i need is for someone to explain what the individual principles mean and then i can do the rest, but my brain is now frazzled and i need to get this finished.
I hope someone can help me PLEASE!!!!!!
