Help SOS unit 2.4 policy and procedures and how they link to legislation

I think someone already posted but I am stuck on the same unit 2.4 and was looking for bit of help if anyone can

Hi, welcome to the site. the tables on pages 124 & 125 of this EYE level 3 handbook will help, use the look inside feature and search for the words 'policies and procedures inform' then click to page 124

From there you'll be able to see how each of the policies you've listed link to the legislation and regulations.

That's excellent.

Page 126 looks at an Equal Opportunities/Inclusion policy and shows how it links to The Equality Act

SEND links more recently to The Children and Families Act 2014 and SEND guide

Anti Bullying - UNCRC states a child has the right to be kept safe

Anti Discrimination - The Equality Act

Exclusion periods for illness can be read on page 73 and 74, this links to RIDDOR page 106

Admissions The Equality Act so that discrimination doesn't occur, SEND and article 28 of the UNCRC - a child's right to education
