I went along these lines

First Aid regulations 1981 ensures that all settings have first aid boxes provided. These have to be checked regularly by first aiders to maintain their contents. Each room in my setting has a first aid box and at least one member of staff in each room has a Paediatric First Aid Certificate. The boxes must be kept within easy reach of staff and out of the way of children. We must keep up to date with changes in regulations so that we don’t have anything in the First Aid box that is no longer recommended such as creams and medicines.
