Hello please could some one explain this as I am having a mental block.
Explain the policies and/or procedures of the setting in respect of special educational needs.
Is this asking me to link in the policies we have within the setting and how they are accessable for all children.

no nothing to do with the children they dont need access to the policies! you need to explain the policies your setting has and how they link to your provision for children with sen you should also mention which legislation they are linked to
