Help SOS Unit 115 Restrictive intervention

Arrrrrgh!!! i have tried researching "explain when restrictive intervention may or may not be used" but all i can find is physical intervention where as im guessing i need all restrictive interventions!!! i'm either making this harder than it seems or well i dont know someone please help!

And the same with this question: Describe what safeguards are in place if restrictive interventions are used :/ all i can find is about physical interventions!! :( help
