Lizzie.smith39 is on a distinguished road
I'm confused I am going insane .... Demonstrate how to work with others to review and prioritise ...

own learning needs, professional interests and development opportunities.

Thought I had that one covered until I read the next task ...

Demonstrate how to work with others to agree own personal development plan.

Aren't they the same thing??!!!

I've got a PDP coming up next week - my plan was to also use it as a professional discussion. But to my weary brain, these questions look exactly the same to me ....

HELP!

Hi, the first part identifies what your learning needs, interests are & the opportunities available and then the next is how you agree that with others eg your supervisor or manager. Examples are agreed objectives for development, funding, travel/venue, time off work, proposed activities to meet objectives, timescales for review.

So the hows and whens rather than the whats xx

Being a demonstrate you may find that your assessor will witness this in action when you go through the development opportunities with colleagues & management.

Page 36 of this CYPW handbook looks at this criteria

Hope this helps a little xx
