:soapbox: Just come back from visiting a very disillusioned doctor
Necessary Presciptions being withheld from patients because of cost :muted:

I can see how easy it would be to blame the NHS for hard decisions but ultimately, isn't it the suppliers/manufacturers of these medications that should be setting realistic prices for the phamaceuticals they produce ???

My boy needs lots of expensive stuff for his skin - only the Consultant will prescribe one of them (the one that works miracles) cos the Doc says it's too expensive - problem endemic with the system!!

Thank goodness for your consultant, can't beleive they have restrictions on things like creams for Children !!
It does seem really unfair all round .. ahh well, maybe one day the money makers will have an awakening !!
