Foundation class resources

Hi
those of you working in Foundation class - what are your most valuable resources? what do you recommend investing in??

Our Foundation class has been given some extra budget so i thought id see what you would buy if you had the cash (we have a huge list of things we would like just need to whittle it down a bit)
