help needed for a 4 year old!!

Hi I was wondering if anyone can help? I've got a friend who is at wits end and has run out of ideas on what to do!!

Bascially she had a 4 year old who keeps waking up every hour or so saying she's wet the bed, needs a drink, a hug, or that she didnt want chocolate spread in the sandwiches anymore! They have tried everything, have had the health visitor out and even she has run out of ideas! its making life hard in her household as she has a 2 year old and is 7 months pregnant.

please can anyone help, we would be very grateful xx
