Hi guys, I know this has nothing at all the do with the CYPW, but I wasn't sure where else to post!!
I've been asked to research and plan notes for a presentation on a familiar subject about a concern that has been raised within the sector of C&YP, including childcare (Victoria Climbie, Soham murders, Baby P, etc)
I've got to present my findings in front of a small group!! The only thing I am struggling with is WHAT to write about and 2 I am NO GOOD at formal presentations and I know I will fall flat on my face!! I would really appreciate if anyone can advise me on what to do, if you've done something similar for the functional skills I would really appreciate any help at all!!!
In the presentation I have got to include:
- a brief description of what the concern was
- what the outcomes of the investigation were
- what impact has this had on your setting/role/school
- what were the different public views raised about this concern
The presentation will be recorded and should last approximately 10 minutes...
HELP!! Like I said any help would be greatly appreciated!!
