Help nearly finished 301

Hi I finish in January and trying to fill in the gaps. any help would be appreciated

301.1.2- adapt behaviour to the age, needs and abilities
301.1.3- negotiating with children about their needs and preferences and involving in decision making
301.3.1- support children in developing agreement about ways of behaving according to requirements of setting
301.3.2-how to support children in understanding others feelings
301.3.3-support children who havebeen upset by others
301.3.4- encourage and support children to sort out confict according to age needs and abilities
301.3.4 encourage and support other adults in setting to have positive relationships

301.1.2= what type of language u would used and age of the child,always have eye contact ,wait for they have finshed speaking,listen to them.see what other way u can challenage children or see what skills they have leanrt may be.

301.1.3- give children choice what to play with,if at snack do u want water or milk etc

303.3.1-got to do with rules making sure they know what they are i think
