Default NVQ CCLLD K3C154: The importance of good working relationships in the setting

Hey There!

I'm a newbie here and I'm really stuck, I have a Personal Discussion coming up and I have never done one before and I was wondering can anyone help me with some answers I can come up with the following; I have tried looking on the internet and I couldn't find a thing! Try and borrow this book from your college/uni library...it should contain everything you need to succeed in your chosen course.

K3C154
By having good working relationships with other adults both parents and colleagues as it creates a relaxed atmosphere for the children to come into. By having a good relationship with the parents they are more likely to tell you about how their child is at home, by knowing how they are at home you can include this in your development plans for that child.
