Hi i am hopefully going to be finished my nvq3 in the next month, but what i really want to do is work with special needs children, i was wondering if anyone could tell me how to get on the right track. do i need to do a seperate qualification?

Senco stands for special educational needs coordinator. They are a member of staff within a setting who takes responsibility for special needs as well as their usual role. They get extra training for the role. If you just wanted to work with special needs you would need to look to special units/ centres/ schools.
