Opening a registered playgroup

Hi to All,

I am registered childminder however I was thinking to open registered playgroup for children age 2.5 till 5 ...
I know registration proces etc but Does anybody knows what kids of requirmnets are for the managers? means what kind of courses he/she should have?
Any sugestions ?

the manager has to have a level 3 qualification pref a 4 and there has to be an eyp with a degree by 2015. speak to your local early years advisor
