Have read all the posts and i personally would offer the nursery some voluntry work over the next week to see if it really meets your expectations and u get on with both staff and management. It will also give u the chance to talk to other members of staff and see if promotion is likely. I personally am a childminder and love the freedom that i have with my children although no hope of promotion
