unit 115 Promote Positive Behaviour
please has anyone completed this unit?? Really struggling with this one, have managed to complete outcomes 1 - 4 but struggling with outcome 5;
5.2 Describe how an individual can be supported to reflect on an incident including:
a. how they were feeling at the time
b. their behaviour
c. the consequence of their behavior
d. how they were feeling after the accident
my brain just wont work at the moment - if anyone could point me in the right direction - would be so appreciated xx
