Produce a step by step plan for a new employee that describes the actions to be taken if a child or young person discloses possible abuse in line with settings policy and procedure?

Just write down your settings procedures for disclosing possible abuse, list each step so that a new employee would find it easy to follow and understand the procedures required!

Hi again can anyone help I'm stuck on unit 18
3.5 Support children and young people to reflect on the impact of their own actions and behaviour
4,1 support children and young people to recognise value and meet their health needs as appropriate to their age and level of understanding
4.2 encourage children and young people to make positive choices about all their health needs
4,3 assess any risks or concerns to the health and well being of children and young people and take appropriate action
4,5 record concerns about a child or young persons health or wellbeing following recognised procedures
I know I'm asking for a lot of help once I've finishe all my units I will post all that I have to help anyone else who's struggling :) x
