I’m doing the level 3 Children’s residential care NVQ.

I’m really stuck on this question. I’ve don’t loads of research but maybe I’m just not understanding the actual question properly?
Can anyone help?

Describe roles and responsibilities for addressing difficulties that arise with an educational placement. (Children in care)

Hey guys! Me again!
I managed to get some advice from my Team Manager.

Apparently it was a lot more simple that I was letting it be and I know the answer the whole time.

If anyone else is stuck. Think about it in terms of your own role.
I got stuck because all the previous questions were about the school. Not me So I think I was in that mindset.

Once I thought about my own role it all came flowing.
