New Kindergarten opening....advice and words of wisdom needed!!

Hi everyone

My mum is opening a kindergarten on 6th September, somethng she has always wanted to do. She graduated from univ last year after gaining her Early Childhood Degree! I have my NVQ3 so will be working alongside her.

We are using the the local village hall, it was orginally the school house, it's got 2 massive rooms with loads of natural light wth a huge flat garden too!

We have had 2 successful open days but we only have 1 child definately starting on the first day.

Within the village there is a day nursery and 1 other preschool opening just in the afternoons and having children aged 3 years and upwards so we are opening mornings to begin with and will eventually open afternoons too, taking children from the age of 2 years.

I am really nervous and am constantly worrying that we have not done this that or the other, my mum on the other hand is as cool and relaxed as anything!

If anybody has any advice, words of wisdom, downloads that may be of use i would really appreciate it!
