Hi Mrs Noah
Thankyou for your help.
no at present because we have all worked together as a team for the last 16-20 years we don't have any reviews as such, think it's somethinkg that we are looking at. i suppose i could talk about my role as a SENCO and how we work togethger to support children with additional needs and recently we have jhad extra funding so needed to do courses to help this child, but saying that we are a very organised group and attend lots of courses and even the outside agency couldn't find any courses suitable.
Will babble on about things and hope i get it signed off.
Does any think that i could talk about OFSTED and how we knew we had to do Risk Assessments but when they visited we didn't have them in place, so we had two visits one on a friday and one on the monday so she gave us the weekend to complete some risk assessments, which i did and me and the OFSTED lady talked on the monday about small adjustments.
