Hi, do you have a copy of your setting's bullying related policy or procedure to help show what you need to do once you've recognised incidents of bullying, harrassment or oppressive behaviour?

Recognise will involve seeing or hearing aggression, a threatening tone, a child/children crying, withdrawal or being withdrawn, loss of focus/concentration, sudden, unexplained fear, concern or worry, changes in behaviour, physical marks. Your policy/procedure will ensure you contact the most appropriate people in your organisation and know how information needs to be recorded.
