026 Task D - HELP

Hi, I am doing the dreaded 026 Safeguarding and am having real issues

with listing a 10 point action plan to describe the actions for works to take if a child alleges harm or abuse. I am struggling to come up with 10 - does anyone have any ideas/comments etc
